Our Medical Helpline is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and is staffed by an experienced team of multilingual advisors who are ready to arrange hospital admission, organise ambulance transfers and where appropriate, emergency medical air evacuation to a place where immediate medical treatment is available.
