In an Emergency

In the event that you require emergency medical assistance, have been advised by your doctor that you may need to be evacuated or simply require our assistance outside of office hours, please contact our 24 hour Medical Helpline.

Our Medical Helpline is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and is staffed by an experienced team of multi-lingual operators who are ready to arrange your admission to hospital, organise ambulance transfers and, where appropriate, emergency medical air evacuation to a place where immediate medical treatment is available
