In some territories, notably Malta, Cyprus, Germany and Hong Kong our plans are underwritten by Catlin Insurance Company (UK) Ltd. Also with an A+ financial security rating from Standard & Poor’s, Catlin Insurance Company (UK) Ltd is part of the XL Catlin Group, who have assets of over $59 billion in 2015.
ALC Health have appointed Global Response to handle our claims for all our Prima International Medical Insurance plans with effect from 1st June 2017.
Global Response is also part of the IMG group and is well respected in the industry with a track record in designing and implementing bespoke technical claims systems. Telephone assistance and medically qualified personnel are available 24/7/365.
Our new online Global Response claims portal is available to upload your claims and the facility to email, fax or post remains.
